About this apartment rental
"Villa Marini" is located in Marina Serra (Tricase) a quiet town a few km from Santa Maria di Leuca and its sanctuary, a town immersed in one of the most evocative and uncontaminated Apulian landscapes: the high and steep coast between Otranto and Capo di Leuca, an area protected by the regional park.
The villa consists of three apartments and a studio apartment.
The ground floor apartment consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one of which is in the bedroom), living room / kitchen, balcony and large veranda facing the sea (the entire veranda on the ground floor 4.5x9m. The apartment can be divided into two units as the third bedroom has its bathroom and an external kitchenette.
The sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning. The rooms are large and suitable for up to 3 beds and in the living room / kitchen there is a double sofa bed.
The villa is in a peripheral position with respect to the small town of Marina Serra so in the absence of vehicular transit and directly overlooks the sea, reachable with easy access beyond the road in front of the villa plus a beautiful natural swimming pool also accessible for children at 150 m recently object of an article on Vanity Fair for its beauty and the former marina now become a swimming area with shallow waters.
The villa is suitable for various types of tourists, couples, families, groups with the possibility of adapting to all needs.
We provide linen on request and with additional payment (sheets and bathroom towel kit). We provide a cot for the little ones free of charge.
Overall, the villa has 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite.
The spaces of the villa can be used flexibly according to the needs and requests of Misters. travelers. Our villa is in fact suitable for families, large groups and even couples.
My family and I spend the summer in another apartment always in the villa. Our 9-year-old Roberto's children, Riccardo of 13 and Anita of 16 often make a joint, together with their cousins and friends, with our little guests both in the garden games and in the dives in the sea and in the afternoon autonomous "outings" and evening in the resort which is quiet and safe from this point of view.
TV with Sky satellite decoder usable with the smart cards of Misters. guests or ViaSat.
Large outdoor spaces, garden with children's games, shaded parking (2 parking spaces per apartment), common washing machine, comfortable common outdoor shower.
Numerous associations in the area organize excursions, trekking, boat trips etc.

Location favolosa. Panorama fantastico.
Suggerisco maggiore attenzione alla zona notte dell abitazione e all arredamento della cucina.

Posizione della casa ideale per chi vuole trascorrere vacanze in assoluta tranquillità senza necessità di prendere la macchina. A pochi passi dalla casa ci sono diversi accessi che permettono di accedere al litorale a scogliera che si affaccia su un mare cristallino. Se poi ci si sposta di pochi chilometri si possono raggiungere alcuni degli scorci più belli del Salento. Mangiare poi di fronte al mare in una insenatura naturale con vista scogliera che si tuffa nel mare, non ha prezzo. Padrone di casa gentilissimo e disponibile. Noi eravamo in 13 e quindi abbiamo affittato 2 appartamenti: uno al piano superiore e uno al piano inferiore. Avevamo 3 macchine che abbiamo ricoverate tutte all’interno della proprietà che è veramente molto ampia. In generale ci siamo trovati bene in entrambi gli appartamenti. L’unico cosa che ci sentiamo di segnalare e’ l’umidità presente nelle due camere da letto dell’appartamento al piano terra, presente sicuramente a causa del fatto che le pareti posteriori delle camere per circa metà della loro altezza, sono contro terra. Tuttavia, per ovviare a questo problema, abbiamo lasciato acceso lo split dell’aria condizionata presente nella zona notte in modalità deumidificarore e abbiamo attenuato il problema. Per il resto ci sentiamo di raccomandare tranquillamente questa proprietà a famiglie, coppie e gruppi di amici che vogliono vivere una bella vacanza nello splendido Salento.

Avevamo cercato una casa fronte mare e questa sistemazione ha superato grandemente le nostre aspettative. Collocata in una zona periferica, quindi silenziosa, in prossimità ci sono diverse possibilità di accesso al mare; oppure, spostandosi di poco, si raggiungono posti da sogno. La disponibilità e l'accoglienza della famiglia hanno dato un valore aggiunto alla vacanza, che speriamo di ripetere presto
