Die Lage ist großartig und das Haus ist komfortabel, gemütlich, warm und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles was an braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr schön ist der Blick ins Grüne und man ist weit ab vom Strassenlärm. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen optimal und am Abend kann man schön am Feuer sitzen.

Das Holzhaus liegt, zusammen mit einigen anderen Ferienhäusern, auf einem Hügel mitten in der Natur. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestatte Küche und einen Kamin für gemütliche Abendstunden. Der Vermieter stellt das Holz dafür bereit. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden und zwei Gaststätten. Bei einem Aufenthalt von mindestens 2 Nächten gibt es vom Vermieter Online-Gutscheine für den kostenlosen Transport mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Region. Die Bushaltestelle Jetřichovice, Starý mlýn befindet sich zu Fuss 10 min entfernt im Tal.
Die Anreise sollte bei Tageslicht erfolgen. Bei Dunkelheit ist das Ferienhaus schwer zu finden. Der Fussweg vom Parkplatz zum Ferienhaus ist bei Nässe sehr rutschig.
