Vandrarhemmet Stranden

We are a couple with 2 children (14 and 9 years). The room was very nice and fully furnished. There was a small fan too. Totally 9 rooms in 3 floors with sauna in the basement. Each floor has a toilet and bathroom for sharing. Kitchen in the entrance has big dining area, sofa and TV. Three kitchen is a lot for 9 rooms. Very good location, near the lake and the central. Free car parking just opposite the building.

Super easy with complete self service at a reasonable price. We were lucky and had the whole upper floor to ourselves which was nice as our room was right at the kitchen so not sure how it would have been if full. All was easy and complete self service

We had a balcony - but there was no chair or table out there so hard to make use of. Room could have been cleaner - you have to hoover and mop before leaving but was clear it’s been a while since there had been done a proper clean - however didn’t bother me as such.

Slightly claustrophobic bunk bed

Good location, instructions were very clear and easy to understand.

Room full of mosquitos, even after killing at least 20 of them. More seemed to find their way into the room without any window open during the night.
