About this campground/ rv resort rental
We are located in Sunny Bonita Springs in a retirement community close to Naples and Fort Myers. We have a clean, two bedroom, two bath unit with two lanais backing up to a creek. The property is located in a retirement community of Imperial Harbor Estates. The community has a clubhouse and a pool. In just a few short minutes, you can be at the beach or shopping. Sit on the back lanai and enjoy your coffee while listening to the birds. Or visit the clubhouse for activities and swimming. We provide cable and internet. Rentals by the month or the season.

As a sigle retiree, this property in a 55+ community is a wonderful way to meet new friends and join in on events. Dave's home is clean, spacious, well equipped, and in a great location. He and his wife are accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond to questions. I'll book again for sure!
