It exudes the nostalgic charm of classic bathroom architecture and offers modern comfort and a high degree of individuality. You live wonderfully quiet directly at the Seepark and still have many attractions like the AHOI! Bathing and adventure world or a mini golf course right outside the front door. After only 900 meters you will reach the Selliner pier and the dreamlike beach below the cliffs. You are even faster in the middle of the lively center of Sellin with its cozy restaurants and cafés as well as attractive shopping opportunities. For active vacationers there is a bike rental and a bike room in the house on the ground floor of the Südperd house. For a delightful start to the day, please use our bread service. You can park your car conveniently in the underground car park or in the communal parking spaces. Please note that there is no direct access to the underground car park and the house does not have an elevator.

The bakery and the shops are within walking distance in the holiday complex. The apartment has free WiFi and the initial supply of bed linen is included. The two bedrooms with blackout have a double bed and a bunk bed, in the living room there is also a double sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with shower / toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. The fully equipped, open kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. A television including 3 Sky channels rounds off the high-quality furnishings.
