Location was excellent, in the old town, but near the wall and parking. Basic apartment with basic equipments. Clean and in good condition (for the most part). Surprisingly roomy, considering the houses in the town.
Some parts in the apartment, like the handrail and drawers in the kitchen were in need of maintenance, but over all it was a basic and nice enough clean apartment. The bed only had a spring mattress, so it was a bit hard, but OK for a night or two. When I was trying to enjoy Italy the days before arrival at the Casa I was bombarded with info from the owner about how they function as a self service apartment and instructions about arrival, most of which was clear when making the booking. It was unpleasant and for most part unnecessary, would have been done with one message with clear instructions.

This is a centrally located little apartment in the small town, easy walk to restaurants. Instructions on parking were helpful, Google maps brought us right to it. Instructions on getting to the apartment appeared a bit lacking, as they were only pictures. We arrived early, parked, and found it easily. Written directions would augment the pictures nicely, although it was very close to parking and easy to find. Check in of 1530 is a bit late in my experience and host was not willing to allow earlier check in. We passed by the unit several times between 1400 and 1530……no sign of anybody there/cleaning going on. Unit is clean, well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom with fine shower. No problem with hot water as mentioned in previous post. Winding stairway down from bedroom to bathroom and kitchen is narrow in places and dangerous, especially for children or the elderly. The loose hand rail should be repaired. Linen provided but we needed to make the bed. No big deal, but we have travelled all over Italy for the past four weeks, many small hotels, never encountered this before. Instructions received from host seemed a bit heavy handed, although that could just be due to cultural differences. Communication from host was in Italian, which is of course understandable, cut and paste to translation app worked just fine

The location was amazing. In the old town. It was so so picturesque. We had a good experience with the owner who communicated with us clearly on how to get there, where to park, and helped us navigate to the place. It was a comfortable stay and would recommend
