Oleander 6 is a beautiful Mediterranean-style villa situated in a splendid seafront location in San Lorenzo, a popular seaside resort that boasts one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches. Surrounded by a well-tended garden and large, panoramic terraces with sea views, this beautiful, cozy house has a small swimming pool that can be heated upon request. Recently built, the villa features bright, comfortable rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind. The villa sleeps eight guests in 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and incudes a comfortable living/dining room and fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, highchair, kettle, mixer). The villa also features air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, safe, and external shower.
The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is only a short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto, Syracuse, and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, the close Vendicari nature reserve, but also from Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.
