Very spacious apartment with beautiful views and a perfect location

The location is superb and the apartment is beautifully modern and spacious. Mr. Aboud was very helpful and welcoming and I would highly recommend. The location is the best you’ll get.

The Apartment was in a nice location in downtown, it had 4 rooms, it was spacious and comfortable for a family stay with many members. It had all the amenities you would expect from a Dubai apartment.

The check-in process is not satisfactory, as the apartment was for rent in a building, the check-in and checkout was done by a different person from the lobby, you have to wait for another guy from Staycae to come to you and do the process. It should have been with the staff in the reception, all check-in checkout processes, money handling of security deposits. They wasted a lot of our time. They are very strict for early check-in, you can't do that. You can only check-in after 3.00 pm. And also, don't give security deposit by cash, coz you will have to wait for Staycae people to the hotel to return it, and it takes a while, becoz these guys are busy. Also, if we face any problems in the apartment, there was no body nearby for help. They don't reply or take calls easily. You're on your own. Overall, if the staff behaviour and processes improve, this would be a good stay.
