I would like to appreciate the outstanding hospitality extended by the front desk team. Special recognition goes to Ms. Nisha, whose polite and professional conduct left a lasting impression. She handled all queries patiently, responded promptly to concerns, and ensured that every interaction was both helpful and courteous. Her calm, respectful, and customer-focused approach significantly enhanced the overall experience and deserves special acknowledgment.

While the overall experience was satisfactory, there are a couple of areas that could benefit from improvement. The bathroom fittings did not meet the expected quality standards and appeared to require better maintenance and upgrading. Additionally, I observed a significant difference in pricing between the restaurant and room service menus for comparable food items. The restaurant prices were noticeably higher, and the rationale for this pricing discrepancy was not clear. Greater consistency and transparency in pricing would help enhance the guest experience.
