I used this place as it has a 7/11 just round the corner and is close to the main train station. Nice place, very clean, mattress was a bit thin for me but the duvet was super warm. Will use again

This property offers exceptional value and convenient access to area attractions. While the Wi-Fi was reliable and housekeeping maintained a generally tidy environment, certain areas require attention to cleanliness. Specifically, a black dull stain was noted on the wall of the assigned room. Furthermore, the pillow and mattress appeared worn, and the air filter required cleaning. Although the room size was ample and comfortable, the firmness of the bed impacted sleep quality. Staff were courteous but not consistently available. Overall, the stay was positive despite these minor shortcomings.

First of all, there is no public transportation within about 600 meters, which was inconvenient. There was only one female shower room, and the number of toilets (three) was also not sufficient. On the positive side, the sleeping area was undoubtedly very big and spacious, and I really enjoyed staying and packing in my capsule. There was a rule that hair dryers could only be used after 10 PM on the first floor in the men’s washroom. I didn’t know the dryer was located inside the washroom, which felt awkward. If it had been on the second floor instead, I would have been more comfortable. Using a hair dryer in such a cramped space was a big no for me, so I avoided washing my hair after 10 PM, which was a hassle. Additionally, one time they thought I arrived before my check-in time. At 3:30 PM, they initially refused to let me in because they thought I was trying to check in early. Later, they realized the misunderstanding and became helpful. Still, I think they should consider at least 30 minutes of flexibility, especially since there is plenty of living room space. That situation felt like a red flag to me.
