Bill and John communicated very well and were responsive throughout my stay. The facilities were clean and the décor was tasteful, giving the maisonette a warm and cosy feel. Its central location made it convenient for exploring the town.
Parking was difficult, as the nearest public parking area was far and the town is not very convenient for pedestrians carrying luggage (but that's a common problem everywhere in Arachova). The apartment had a smell of mold, although a dehumidifier was running. The window also felt a bit unsafe to open because it is very close to the stairwell gap and there is no railing.

The property was very clean, very well organised in terms of check in etc and the owners were on hand via phone for any questions. The apartment is well set up - great bathroom , coffee machine and small kitchen and generally well presented.
Unfortunately it is a very noisy place - you get used to it after a while but the church bells ring EVERY HOUR all the way through the night , and the road is surprisingly noisy throughout the night.
