NOTICE: Marine Surf Waikiki Exterior Concrete Repair / Painting Project Starting October 27th, 2025
• Start Date: Monday, October 27, 2025
• Duration: Approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting)
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding weekends & holidays)
• Noise Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (jackhammering, grinding, and vibration expected)
• Access: Work performed via swing stage scaffolding; areas below active drops will be closed for safety.
• During lanai repairs, contractors may secure lanai doors from the outside, leaving no more than a 4" gap for airflow.

• Pool Closure
• For safety reasons, the swimming pool will remain CLOSED during the entire duration of the project. The pool area will not be accessible until all exterior work is complete.
