• Start Date: Monday, October 27, 2025
• Duration: Approximately 6–12 months (weather & conditions permitting)
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (excluding weekends & holidays)
• Noise Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (jackhammering, grinding, and vibration expected)
• Access: Work performed via swing stage scaffolding; areas below active drops will be closed for safety.
• During lanai repairs, contractors may secure lanai doors from the outside, leaving no more than a 4" gap for airflow.

• Pool Closure
• For safety reasons, the swimming pool will remain CLOSED during the entire duration of the project. The pool area will not be accessible until all exterior work is complete.

We loved how close this apartment to the heart of Waikīkī. No car required as the bus stop is less the 50m away. The apartment was clean and felt very homely. We have stayed at the Marine Surf previously and we would say this apartment would be one of the better ones.

The place was nice and perfect for our week stay. Close to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car so free parking was a bonus! Would stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this property and we stayed for 4 weeks. Great location, clean and comfortable. The only issue is the air conditioner is very loud and sits on the floor so it can get hot at night time.
