Newly renovated apartment consisting of two bedrooms, each with private bathroom, lounge with sofa bed, full kitchen, heating, air conditioning. The apartment has parquet flooring, and is finished down to the smallest detail. The blue room has a balcony. The bedrooms have a 43 ”Smart TV with a dedicated Netflix account and can be used free of charge; Nespresso coffee machines and Alexa home automation systems complete the rooms. Access to the apartment is self-check-in.

It is located in a residential area 10 minutes from the center on foot. The bus stop is 20 meters away. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy and several bars within 50 meters.
