Villa Sicilia Apartment

Grande appartamento indipendente con tre camere da letto, due bagni, una cucina ampia e ben dotata di piatti, stoviglie e pentole, una sala ed un prezioso cortile interno dove parcheggiare la macchina. La stazione metro di nesima si raggiunge con una passeggiata di pochi minuti anche se la strada x raggiungerla e’ priva di marciapiedi ed in alcuni tratti un po stretta. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile e per nulla invadente. Ottima la pulizia dei locali e curatissimo il giardino. Molto comodi i letti. Tornerei sicuramente!

Mi sento di consigliare la sostituzione di alcune lampadine a risparmio energetico (camera 1 e bagni) in quanto forse un po troppo poco luminose….. per il resto tutto perfetto!

It was large and roomy, having deck areas to sit outside for breakfast. The place was set in a lovely grass area with lawns and a view out over the town. It was a short walk to a restaurant and the metro into town.

- Spacious house - Kind lady who made a cake for us - Quiet area near the city of Catania - Two bathrooms - Private and protected parking place - Big garden and spacious balcony - Big supermarket 3 minutes by car

- The host entered inside the house without asking permission and without notifying us in advance. - Not all facilities in the house can be used! We were charged 60 EUR extra for using blankets stored inside some plastic bags in one of the bedroom's wardrobe. - Not all beds are comfortable. - The fridge is too small with no freezer. Too many (quite specific) rules, for example: - Not allowed to throw toilet paper into the toilet (??!) - Not allowed to use tap water in the coffee machine though the water is drinkable. A few bottles of mineral water could be provided for the first days. - Not allowed to lock your own bedroom and take the key with you. - Laking of kitchen tools: missing a big knife, not enough towels, wine opener broken.
