The property was immaculate. We were able to drop our luggage earlier in the day and cleaners were there clearing away from previous guests. They worked miracles to get it spotless for our arrival time.
Beds were comfy and all previous complaints in reviews had been rectified.
Beautiful surroundings, immaculate pool and lovely temperature.
Lovely dining area inside and outside.
The area around the pool is extremely slippery. Our young children slipped when were first arrived, fortunately only little bruises.
Unfortunately one of our group slipped and ended up needing surgery for a broken arm and spent our 4 days in this villa in hospital. This was caused by slippery tiles.
This did have a huge negative impact on our holiday as we were out to celebrate a wedding and worried that someone else may get hurt. We did buy slip mats from Jumbos but a little too late.

Plenty of space for the number of users (except for the kitchen). Comfy beds, Secure and safe for children to play within the grounds.
Pool is advertised as heated, it isn’t. The property maintenance has been neglected, for example 3 of the rainfall showers are not fixed correctly. One of the pool drain tiles is cracked and dangerous. The whole downstairs area is damp with one bathroom and bedroom unusable due to smells. The damp has also caused one door surround to swell, so you can’t close the door. Exposed live cables on the PIR to the lower stairs. All of the furniture is in poor condition with one of the beds supported by concrete blocks.

From first view villa is amazing- big, clean, white, but this is only first view.
We are not kind a people who is complaining, but this time it is reason to claim:
- the worst things what happeed- things dissapeared:
- parfume which cost 240eur gone- we told for owner, but was no any response from him unfortunately;
-80eur of one of kids table gone;
- parfume box closure was damaged...
- sweater of 12 years kids was taken- we have noticed when we started to pack our things
Regarding all facilities which was in the villa:
- 1st floor wc damaged, we need to get to know about this in advance, and not after when all 1st floor was in the water;
- kettle was not working well, water comming out;
- not enought hot water, even we were using button for heating;
- coffee mashine was broken, was changed next day;
- not enought warm blankets, we needed to ask additionally;
-White towels not white, we found it withspots already;
-Windows in 2nd floor was not closing
- in villa there is no vacum cleaner, after 1 week stay floors was very dirty.
We undetstand that villa is for rent, but with this cheap equipments, villa will not get any positive points for future rewiews.
