We had a unique, beautiful, serene, stay on the farm. The cottages were spacious and had a special farm-like aesthetic, the animals were so fun and friendly, and the staff was great. We had a great time just sitting outside, taking walks on the farm, and even milking a cow! Great for anyone looking for a special, quiet experience.
The water was a bit murky because it comes from the dam

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views from the cottage are stunning. The cottage is charming with the farm kitchen and indoor fireplace. We bought wood at R30 a bag.
The bathroom had a lot of mold. Two heaters, including the bathroom heater, did not work. There were very few cutlery, e.g only two teaspoons and no large plates, only small plates. The cottage could do with an upgrade/renovation.
