106 year old cozy home is a quiet haven located in St. Paul and holds the keys to everything that Twin Cities have to offer. The home is an updated classic St. Paul home with an open staircase, bright kitchen and open layout into the formal dining room and an intimate living room. It has a bathroom and two bedrooms with queen-sized beds on the upper level, an option for a sleeper couch on the main level. The house also has a quaint, covered back porch and a large yard that allows for parking.
Centrally located just two blocks away from a Green Line Stop (Snelling Ave & University Ave) and four blocks from the interstate (I-94), it is a convenient spot regardless of which side of the river you are looking to explore. The Green Line takes you straight to the new U.S. Bank Stadium, TCF Stadium or Target Field for all the sporting events, and Allianz soccer stadium.

I was very impressed by the communication from property management starting from the day I booked the property. All instructions for check in and check out were available via text the day before each was to happen. The property manager was friendly and extremely helpful.

From the very start this team has been so helpful. They gave advice on stuff to do, the home was in such a good location. If there was any issue, there was a solution soon to follow. Beautiful home, convenient location, and helpful hosts. We'll be back.

Cute little house perfect for two couples, or in our case couple and our daughter. House has all the amenities for a comfortable stay and the inside is lovely. The parking space is a life saver on soccer game nights! The hosts were very attentive, checking in to make sure everything was all okay. We travel to St Paul annually and would definitely stay here again.

The house was so cute and clean! We chose to stay there because it was walking distance from Allianz Stadium and the Metro.
