7 miles from Durham, 12 to 15 minutes by car.
The views are great, the Loft is located in the middle of farmland at the end of a single lane track, completed November 2018 it is half a mile from the nearest road = ZERO traffic noise. The headroom is kind of tight along the two sides but, at 6 feet tall I manage okay. Ideal for two, but can easily cope with 4 people with an excellent IKEA full size sofa bed in the lounge. The Loft is accessed by external concrete steps.
Please note, the property does not have a hot tub.
