Villa Elm

Ein perfektes Haus für uns 5! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! alles da, was man braucht und die Kinder (und auch wir) haben den privaten Pool wirklich ausgiebig genutzt. Genial, wenn man direkt von der eigenen Terrasse in den Pool kann! Ausflüge zu tollen Naturbuchten waren ein Highlight! Alles in allem richtig schön und vielen Dank für den tollen Service! Laura war jederzeit bei Fragen und Anliegen sofort zur Stelle. Herzlichen Dank!

The host, Karlo, was very kind and always responded quickly to our questions or concerns. On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a lovely charcuterie board, fresh bread, and some drinks — a really thoughtful touch. The house itself is beautiful, with a great balcony. The pool was clean, and everything we needed was provided — from mosquito repellents to board games and more.

Maybe it was because we stayed at the end of the season, but a few things were not working. The outdoor shower and some of the exterior lights didn’t work. The dishwasher’s upper rack was partly broken, which made it difficult to pull out and load dishes. There was also a leak in the center of the house when it rained. The pool is located between houses, so it stays in the shade for most of the day. We also came across scorpions and centipedes — not a complaint, just a friendly warning (we understand the local fauna in Krk can’t be controlled!).

Otroligt fint och genuint boende i två våningar med det mesta man kan behöva. Vi älskade det. Mysigt läge mitt i byn bredvid restaurangen. Rent och fräscht. Bra med AC i alla rum. Fantastiskt välkomnande med förberedd kyl med drycker och ostbricka. Närhet till många fina stränder/badvikar. Livsmedelsbutik runt hörnet. Skönt med bekvämligheter som diskmaskin och tvättmaskin. Fin uteplats med gott om sittplatser, grill, härlig pool, fruktträd och blommande buskar olivträd och fikonträd.

Parkering gick inte att använda för det var för smalt att komma in. Men det fanns andra parkeringar 20 meter bort på gatan. Saknade ugn. Men fanns däremot en superfin utomhusgrill med tillgång till ved.
