A nice but small room with kitchenette and smart tv
Very small and cramped. Not ideal for two people and two large suitcases. Would be fine for anything less.

Location was great, although small, but you have everything you need in the apartment.
Communication was a bit difficult, we had to wait to check in because it wasn’t ready on time.

The location is the best asset of this apartment for me. It is close to one of the best Paris parks Parc Monceau, and not far from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées avenue.
Despite multiple requests, the owner failed to provide an invoice, which was both unprofessional and frustrating. Communication throughout was lacking, with no response to my messages. The apartment itself was missing basic amenities such as a trash bin, and although there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee capsules provided. Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment was disappointing.
