Located in Benissa at 3km from Calpe and 1km from La Fustera beach. In the area are all amenities (supermarket at 800 m, cozy bars and restaurants, beautiful walks by the sea and in the mountains, cycling, tennis & padel in close surroundings etc) With an area of 90 m2, consisting of 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with spacious shower, living and dining room with nicely furnished kitchen, and both a covered and non-covered terrace of 18 m2, where one can enjoy a beautiful view and lots of sun (facing south). This beautiful apartment is part of a luxury residence and has exceptional accommodation such as a large communal swimming pool with bar in July and August and a heated indoor swimming pool and fitness room with massage and sauna.

Lovely apartment. Very clean and in a great location and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. The area was a great base from which to view a beautiful part of Spain. Our 8 year old loved the pool, which was cleaned daily. Highly recommend!

Apartment was ideal, had everything we needed apart from an iron and ironing board although the owner said it was something they would supply soon. The owner was extremely helpful with advice and help if we needed it.
The outside pool and area were lovely although something we didn’t use as we were there in February but the complex did have a great gym, sauna, jacuzzi and indoor heated swimming pool but the pool was unfortunately not that warm and enjoyable to swim in. There are a few restaurants within a 20 minute walk but were closed as it was out of season, they re-open in April. The beach was a 20 minute walk and had a lovely Resturant called Mandelas there, food was amazing but shut at 18.00 as again out of season but lovely to go for coffee and cake during the day.
A 30 minute walk will take you to bar Grizzly which is a great place to go for eats and drinks and Sunday’s from 15.00 they have live music, we had a great time there. Calpe is a 1 hour walk from the apartment, you have the choice of walking there by the scenic coastal walk or by the main road. The apartment is in a great location if you like walking, if not a car is essential.
