Open living, dining, and kitchen, covered porch, W/D, D/W, 5G WIFI, smart TV, and H/C outside shower. Den includes a 55" Samsung smart TV and Master includes a 32" Roku smart TV. Master has adjoining, private bathroom.
Separate entry steps and a wall on the porch provide privacy from other guests.
Linens and check-out cleaning service are included in your rental.

It’s always the little things that really push the rental over the top. This duplex has this feature. A long hose to wash off the sand that build up on my car - WOW!! Awesome. It was such a nice little perk. A rental never has too many hooks. This rental - just enough. It is nice floor plan and the 2 bedrooms make sense the way it is set up. I hope I can get it again next year. :D. Oh yes, I almost forgot. The management company - great people! So friendly and willing to answer any of your questions. Super plus there.

Excellent location next to Ocean Crest Pier, central to Oak Island shops and attractions. Easy oceanfront access and well kept property. Both sides were occupied and couple next door were friendly & did not hear one another during stay. Inclusion of bedding a big plus for a quick stay. Would book again.

the beach cannot be seen d/t the sand dunes. You can see the water in the distance but only a tiny glimpse of the waves...can't see the actual beach/sand. Had enuf towels and sheets
