Amazing staff, very comfortable stay with clean rooms and excellent feel. The onsen right next to your room is exceptional and a great way to finish a long day on the slopes. Very close to the travelator for easy access up the mountain and near the beautiful village onsen ‘Ogama’. The apartments are perfect for a family stay with ample space and facilities to keep the children happy.

love the location of this place - close to Yu-road, and the downtown restaurants. the private onsen in the room was amazing.

Loved the location and the amenities.
We did not receive the complimentary items listed in the book (wine, beer) and there were no toiletries such as toothbrushes given. It also took a long time for the kitchen sink and shower water to get warm.
