4 bedrooms including a studio, 3 shower rooms and a bathroom, air conditioning, heated swimming pool, wifi and 1. 7km from the village of Plan de la Tour.
The house, located in the middle of the vineyards, has been completely renovated by an interior designer, it is on one level, air conditioned and has wifi.
It has 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom / shower. A studio for 4 people with a shower room and a WC. All bedroom windows have mosquito nets and shutters.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a large oven, induction hobs, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, an electric kettle. In the living room there is an open fire and a television. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a second fridge with a freezer, an ironing board and an iron. A large covered terrace adjoins the kitchen with a teak table for 12 people and a plancha.
The 3200m² garden is located in a calm and rural environment in the middle of the vineyards. Plantation work is currently underway and will be completed in April 2020. It is completely fenced, part of which by an electric fence. A 11mx4m swimming pool (heated from June to the end of September) with a great depth is secured by a roller shutter. It is surrounded by a 70m² terrace with sun loungers and deckchairs and has a shaded area thanks to the umbrella pine. A garden furniture set is located under the plane tree wall.
The village of Plan de la Tour with its grocery stores open 7/7, its pharmacy, its bakeries and its restaurants is 1. 7km away, therefore easily accessible on foot. The tennis courts are 500m away, the riding school 800m.
Sainte-Maxime with its beaches, golf courses, shops, cinema and its shuttle boat (every 20 min) to Saint-Tropez is 8 km away. Saint-Tropez is 19km away.
