About this house rental

20 km from Vichy, very beautiful villa of 170 m2 with careful decoration on a plot of 2000 m2. This spacious villa designed to offer comfort and serenity will be ideal for reuniting your family or meeting your friends in the heart of Auvergne.
The south facing house consists of a large living space: Living room, Living room with flat screen TV screen, open kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, American fridge, microwave
 on the ground floor 2 bedrooms:
1 master bedroom 140 bed with bathroom walk-in shower, bath, double sink, wc and dressing room

moi qui ne supporte pas la chaleur, j'étais rassurée par les 3 clims. En fait, les murs sont tellement épais et l'orientation bien pensée que, même à 32 ° dehors, nous n'en avions pas besoin. Je ne pouvais pas trouver mieux ! Espace, propreté, équipements, tout était épatant et chacun était charmé. Terrasse très agréable. Tout est conforme aux descriptions. Ce sera encore mieux quand les petits conifères auront grandi pour faire un peu d'ombre. Sinon Sandrine (qui gère la maison) est très à l'écoute, super gentille. Note maximum pour ce lieu. J'espère qu'on reviendra !

Très grande maison avec décoration moderne, au calme, idéalement situé a 20mn de Vichy et 35mn du Puy de Dome. Sandrine très arrangeante, assure un très bon accueil et rend le séjour parfait.

Maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle, au calme. Correspond aux photos. A 5 kilomètres il y a une boulangerie qui vaut le détour et un Intermarché suffisant pour faire ses courses.

GRANDE MAISON NEUVE AU CALME
A 8 minutes des premiers commerces et 15 minutes d'un supermarché Auchan et sa pompe à essence. 35 à 40 minutes de Clermont-Ferrand et 30 minutes de Vichy. La localisation permet facilement de sillonner le nord du Puy de Dôme et l'Allier. La maison est particulièrement adaptée à deux couples avec ses deux espaces "suites" bien séparés. Maison bien décorée au goût actuel avec une très belle cuisine. Un regret : que les lits ne soient pas aussi au goût du jour avec une largeur de 140 et pas en 160 qu'on attendrait dans un gite de cette qualité. La climatisation dans certaines pièces permet de rafraichir efficacement en cas de chaleur.
