About this apartment rental
The apartment, very spacious and bright, on the first floor of a villa, is ideally located on the Chemin de Compostelle (the famous GR 65) which passes in front of the house, 5 mins walk from a large aqualud center open during the season (with 4 different pools, water jets, a snack bar and a large relaxation area with lawn), tennis and sports courts, and 10 minutes' walk from the town center of the episcopal city of Condom, and a leisure center that offers all kinds of activity during the summer, many of which are free (mini-glof, table tennis, skate-park, bikes, canoe rental ...).
The apartment, 130m2, consists of a large living room, with living room and dining room; a large separate kitchen with all the household appliances (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, food processor, steamer, electric mixer ...) ; 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with a single bed and a double sofa bed, plus an extra single bed if necessary); a beautiful bathroom and a separate toilet; and 2 terraces (one with sun lounger, the second with a small table and garden chairs where you can have a drink or a coffee).
The apartment is accessed by a private entrance which opens onto a wide marble and wrought iron staircase. It is the only rental apartment, it occupies the entire first floor and is completely independent. You can park 2 cars in front of the villa entrance, on a private parking lot.

Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren. Een ruim en uitgebreid appartement (3 slaapkamers) dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Wij hebben van ons verblijf genoten.

Le gite est très accueillant. Les propriétaires l'ont équipé avec plus que le nécessaire ! Très spacieux et très agréable, aux portes de la ville. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un excellent accueil. Leur présence au rez de chaussée est extrêmement discrète.
