Les équipements cuisine sont top...l'appartement est bien agencée et la place optimisée. Aucun bruit très calme.
Les précédents locataires ont laissé l'appartement sale, n'ont pas vidé les poubelles, sol de la salle de bain jonché de poils et cheveux, WC sale, cheveux dans les lits etc....visiblement le ménage laisse à désiré et n'a pas été fait depuis un certain temps. Et pour ne rien arranger, la dame qui devait faire l'état des lieux à l'arrivée m'a raccroché au nez et ne m'a pas donné le bon code pour la boîte à clés. Résultat, 30 minutes devant la porte à essayer d'ouvrir mais en vain...j'ai contacté le propriétaire qui m'a donné le code, visiblement une personne sympathique et compréhensive.
