4 Rose Cottage is a delightful terraced cottage situated in Lansallos near Polperro in Cornwall. The cottage offers two bedrooms, including a double and twin, plus a shower room, this cottage can sleep four guests. There is also a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside is a lawned garden and off-road parking for one car. 4 Rose Cottages is a fabulous base with plenty to see and do around South Cornwall. Please note, this booking only accepts Saturday to Saturday bookings - Any bookings made not in accordance with this note may be cancelled.
Amenities: Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for 1 car and further ample parking in the National Trust car park. Front and side lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.6 miles. Note: Due to the age of the property, there are low beams and ceilings as well as uneven floorboards, please take care. Please note, this booking only accepts Saturday to Saturday bookings. Any bookings made not in accordance with this note may be cancelled.
