About this villa rental
Villa Iris is a new built Villa in high quality standards a a land of 400 sqm located at a beautiful private Road in Palm Avenue 1 Village. The surrounding is quiet, it is a 500 meters walk to a Main Road where Restaurants and Shops are located. Even its a easy walk, i would recommend a Car than its easy to drive to Center, Beaches, Golf Courses, Shopping centers.
From the Carport you will enter the Villa - on the right side is the Sofa- and TV Area (65" Smart TV), on the left side the dining area and the modern Kitchen, good equipped.
