Très bon rapport qualité-prix. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel est courtois et serviable. Nous avons pu nous faire comprendre sans problème en français, en espagnol ou en anglais.

Nothing just the fact that room got no view

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

One staff member was very unprofessional. I gave him the room key before going out, but when I came back, he insisted I had never given it to him. I asked him to check the cameras, but he kept saying I was wrong. After looking around, he finally found the key. The next morning, the same staff member also told me I had not paid for my stay. I was shocked because I had already paid. I asked him to check with the staff who were there the previous day, and eventually he apologized and admitted there had been a mistake. These repeated accusations were frustrating and completely ruined my mood. At the hotel restaurant, the pizza took almost an hour to arrive.
