You'll also find a dining table, a sofa bed, a full kitchen equipped with everything you'll need, and a breakfast bar with cool stools, which are perfect for snacking or socializing on. And don't forget: you will also enjoy access to multiple pools, a fitness center, and, of course, miles of soft sandy beach.

This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is right on the surf and sand where you can find shore fishing, parasailing, jet ski rentals, paddle sailing, and many other exciting beach activities! Less than a mile from your vacation rental, you'll find the amazing Saint Andrews State Park which is the most visited state park in Florida with fishing, picnicking, hiking, bike riding, and much more. And right next door to this property is Schooners, a local favorite offering the best beachfront dining and entertainment. You are also close to a number of other family friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track, and Miniature Golf as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
