Unwind in the living room after spending the day at the beach or swimming in one of the multiple shared pools offered by the resort. The fully-equipped kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops and all the utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation. The sights and sounds of the waves will wash your worries away on the balcony which provides a picture-perfect setting to sip on your morning coffee while watching the sun rise. If you're too tired, the shared hot tub and sauna have your back!
If you and your group don't fancy dining in your vacation rental and would like to try the local cuisine or dine just like a local would, you can find a couple of great restaurants nearby that include Buddy's Seafood Market only 0.6 miles away, Darrell's Hog Feathers Bar & Grill is a short 0.4 miles away, and The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House is just a 0.6-mile walk. Pier Park is only 0.8 miles from you and hosts many attractions including Cobra Adventure Park, Man in the Sea Museum, and XD Darkride Experience.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great room, great view. Room could use some updating and deep cleaning. Otherwise a great place for a family vacation.

Wife and I wanted a short getaway to celebrate our 34th anniversary- we hadn't been to PCB for quite sometime since moving and always enjoyed our stay at the Tidewater. We have never gone this time a year but we weren't disappointed. The condo model we enjoy the most is having the master right on the beach/deck where you can hear the waves crashing at night while sleeping. You could tell it was off season as we had the beach pretty much to ourselves, unfortunately the chair and umbrella service ends in October but we knew this ahead of time and had our own chairs. Of the course the elevators and parking were not an issue being it was not peak time. The bed was comfortable and the seating in the living was adequate. Just being on the beach was so relaxing and just what we needed. We will continue going back to the Tidewater as the value you get is well worth it.

The condo and things the owner has control over is good. But the building feels rundown and the elevators are so terribly slow I had to take the stairs. Some better and more comfy deck furniture would make a big difference. I really appreciated having the fans.
