This Room has the best View From Balcony and It is the 1st Room off elevators. Very Convenient Location, walked to most places!! Super Clean, will definitely visit again. 2 Pools with plenty of room for everybody.

The kids enjoyed the pool and beach! Having beach chairs made it easy to ensure we had a spot to come and go as we pleased. The room was great and had everything we needed. We liked being close to the elevator and never had any issues with noise from it.

Kitchen equipped pretty well. Lots of owner’s possessions in closets, pantry, etc., so not a lot of storage area for our things. Couch in bad shape, but not as bad as some we’ve had in condos. 2 chairs were best we’ve ever had. Drier lint catcher really rusted & broken so lint ended up on clothes & door didn’t always close. Master bedroom mattress worn out-had a foam pad over mattress which didn’t help. Very noisy condo this time & was awakened several nights (rented in this bldg 5 or 6 other years & never had that problem)-heard a guy singing at the top of his lungs about 1:15 a.m. one night. Called security but security was off duty after 10 p.m. when is the time they are truly needed. Also heard chairs etc., scraping on the floor all hours or someone drilling, sanding? Rented thru Vacasa. Personnel in the office must not be there to help renters, other than to rent out more condos? Most often was referred to HOA. Their free movie machine didn’t work & didn’t have good choices for movies unless you were interested in younger children’s movies. Why aren’t the entry doors to condos weather-stripped? Lots of expensive air & heat lost-plus let’s in bugs. Heated pool is great. We really like the activities (coffee, Super Bowl party, cards & games, potlucks, etc.) that renters put together each year to socialize, help each other out & get to know each other.
