This three level home in Point Judith is just .6 mile to Scarborough State Beach and offers central air conditioning and gorgeous ocean views. Upon entering on the first level, there is a two car garage for parking, storage for guests' bicycles, beach gear and a laundry room. The second floor features a large, open kitchen and dining area with island and sliders to a deck with ocean views. There are also two bedrooms and a full bathroom on this floor. The third level features a bright and open living room with sliders to a sunbathing deck. Three additional bedrooms are located on this level, as well as a full bathroom with tub and shower.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

Overall house was clean and big. Views from the decks were very nice. Close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay !

Great location, nice neighborhood, views of ocean, well equipped for beach and outdoor lounging, large and accommodating. But the musty odor from the first level was overwhelming. It got better, not gone though, with the installation of a dehumidifier, which we had to empty 2-3 times per day. There was an intense smell of initial cleaning when we first entered, but it was only Superficial cleaning so we had to do additional cleaning to make it comfortable for us. Plus it is clearly geared to student rental and lacks the homeyness of many VRBOs we have rented.
