About this villa rental
Contemporary luxury villa facing south, with sea view over the bay of Cannes, the Lérins islands and the Esterel mountains.
No vis-à-vis for this villa nestled in olive trees, like a belvedere.
Ideally located, you can relax in a haven of green calm, while being close to the lively tourist places of the French Riviera (Cannes 17 km).
You will be close to many golf courses and in particular that of Clos Amic (10 mins).
You will also be close to Lake St Cassien with many fun and nautical activities for children.
Do not forget to go to the mountain to discover the Gorges du Verdon, and other wonders.
The House.
You will arrive on a large exotic wooden terrace which surrounds the infinity pool.
You will enjoy the garden furniture (deckchairs, sofas, etc.) and the summer kitchen (BBQ, Fridge, etc.).
Arrived in the house, you will find large living spaces with very good benefits (exotic wood floors, designer furniture).
All the openings are in brick partitions, thus offering a living space where the interior and the exterior of the villa are united for beautiful perspectives.
On the ground floor level, you will find,
- The living room
- The dining room
- The kitchen
- A bedroom and its bathroom - wc
- A small independent duplex apartment (small living room and bedroom on the mezzanine) and its bathroom - wc
- The summer kitchen
Upstairs you will find,
- The master suite with dressing room, the bathroom with jacuzzi bath, loggia
- A very large bedroom with its bathroom.
- Upstairs toilets
The whole house is air conditioned.

Lovely clean villa with lots of different beautiful outside spaces. Stayed with teenage children who loved the pool and outside space. Well stocked kitchen. We would have liked some outside lighting to allow us to play games at the outside tables.
Views across the mountains were spectacular.

The villa corresponds well to the description and is very tastefully decorated. The terrace offers many places to sit and lie down, also in the shade. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. The care by the host was very good, personal welcome on site. A great place to relax and enjoy!

Lovely house, well equipped, spacious and clean. Pool area superb. The warm and professional welcoming on top of that made it perfect. We would love to come back here.
