Linne Apartment

Location is good! The environment is nice! If you are staying in Uppsala for a while, this is the place you are looking for!

While it is a good perk to have a couple of great restaurants right below the flat, they will extend their opening hours to midnight on Saturday. The music might be a problem for a light sleeper (I can't sleep until the music stops at about 1:00am).

Central location

Very hot, not very comfortable, the living room is too bright for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. Common areas are scruffy.

- The apartment was perfect for a short stay. Checkin was supereasy. - Located in a nice area, 15 min walking from the train station and right above a really good Italian restaurant (Basilico). Supermarket is also a short walk away. - The kitchen was fine, bathroom a bit dark but everything worked and we liked the shower. - Lovely view over the botanical garden and close to the water! - We had a late flight home and were able to stay in the apartment a few hours past checkout, which was really amazing. Thanks again!

- The small bedroom didn't have a nightstand or nightlight, would have been an easy/cheap upgrade. The curtains were a bit shabby and falling apart, didn't keep out very much light so bring a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to that! - The walls are thin and you can hear the sounds from the street below so earplugs are also recommended. The beds were basic but fine if it's only for a few nights.

Het appartement is perfect gelegen in het centrum in een vrij rustige straat (vooral fietsverkeer, soms komen er auto's langs). Er komt veel licht in de kamers. De badkamer is zeer schoon en praktisch ingericht. Er is een mooi uitzicht op de tuin aan de overkant van de straat.

De vloer veert nogal (houten structuur). Trillingen van lopen en vooral de wasmachine als deze centrifugeert (eigen of van de buren) zijn goed merkbaar. Ook de koelkast/diepvries in de woonkamer maakt best veel lawaai. Her en er zitten wat scheuren in de muur of is het pleisterwerk beschadigd. De afzuigkap van de keuken is niet aangesloten op een afvoerpijp naar buiten. De lucht wordt in de kast erboven geblazen. Dus niet geschikt om intensief te koken. Er zitten behoorlijk veel vlekken op de zitbank.
