Overall an enjoyable week. With improvements to the above it would have been better.

We loved the view from the lounge area. The garage to park the car was a bonus.The beds were comfy. Kitchen equipment was satisfactory.

We feel the website photos were slightly misleading. The living area seemed a lot smaller. Also the photos did not show the unsightly building at the side which you saw when you were sitting outside, as well as the one to the right in the front. The sofa was not in the best of condition. As there were only 2 of us we managed to use it for relaxing ,however if 4/6 people stayed there was no other seating apart from dining chairs.The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfy. The downstairs bedroom could do with a thicker window covering to stop the early morning light. The downstairs bathroom was not so good. The shower cubicle was mouldy both outside and inside. Both bathrooms had disgusting toilet brushes which needed replacing. The freezer needed defrosting. The BBQ had been left dirty from previous occupants. We had to buy a disposable one to use. Could do with some nice outdoor seating and better table too. We had a few chilly evenings while there. There were radiators in rooms and towel rails but no instructions how to put them on. Perhaps a visitors book could be introduced to see what other people think and get ideas on places to visit and eat out.

Lovely location and views, apartment is good enough but could be more comfortable.

The property was easy to find and collection of the keys was straightforward. The size of the apartment is good, plenty of space for a family with 2 kids. There is a delightful old style corner shop which has everything you need at reasonable prices.

Unfortunately, we were there during the shoulder season, so the ferry crossing at Musso was closed. We didn't know before. Please check if the ferries are running as we had to drive every day to another ferry station, which involved getting parked, which is challenging. The living room is attached to the kitchen, with only a two-seater sofa, so it wasn't comfortable for four of us to be in the living room. The TV channels are very standard, with an old tiny TV so we couldn't connect with Apple TV or watch Netflix. The instruction from the company that rents out the villa are very strict, don't check out 30 mins late or you WILL be charge an extra night, charming.

good location, overall good apartment , private parking inside the house but only for one car

we ordered for 7 people but found only 6 beds. there was another sofa bed inside but there were no sheets to cover. the mattress in the 7th bed was too thin, for the 2nd night we got clean sheets for the 7th bed but the there was no option to provide a good mattress.

Great view, nice location for a relaxing break on Lake Como

Lovely apartment - main bonus was the view, which was exceptional. Everything we needed for our stay was available. Location good - out of the hub bub of the central lake towns, but still accessible by bus / boat. We came by public transport - a car would have made things easier (the property is up a short but steep hill, which gives a great view but was a tiring walk after a long hot day!) but was also fine using public transport / walking. There is a small shop at the bottom of the road open Monday - Saturday selling all essentials, and a couple of restaurants / bars within 5-10 min walking distance, even if you don't fancy going much further afield some evenings.

Nothing we didn't like - the one comment I would make is whilst the photos are a true reflection of the property, they also make it seem more spacious than it is. We were three adults and it was fine - but I think it would feel a bit cramped with 6 people.

Samenvattend prima, op loopafstand naar het meer, apparaten en buitenruimte kunnen beter.

Inpandige autostalling / berging was top. Wasmachine is handig. BBQ aanwezig. Uitzicht op het Comomeer prima. Gebouwen rond appartement matig.

Aantal hanen die vanaf 5 uur 's morgens keihard gaan kraaien. Ruimte balkon en tuintje is matig. Goeie tuinstoelen ontbreken. Je moet de stijve keukenstoeltjes buiten zetten. Koffieapparaat te klein voor 6 pers. Ventilator kapot.

Schönes Apartment .. Super Lage ... mit kleineren Makeln

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Apartement. Nur kurze Entfernung vom See entfernt. Sehr schön ist die Aufteilung des Apartments mit einem Balkon und einer Terrasse sowie der zum Apartment gehörigen Garage. Die Ausstattung war soweit in Ordnung und fast alles was man im Urlaub so braucht vorhanden.

Das Apartment wurde zwar gereinigt aber es war nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht. Die Reinigungsgeräte wie Staubsauger, Besen usw. waren einfach in die Ecke gestellt ubd selbst nicht gerade sauber. In den Schubladen waren nicht mehr funktionierende Geräte verstaut und alte nciht mehr brauchbare Sachen. Da hätte man gründlicher Putzen und entrümpeln sollen. Auf dem oberen Balkon hätte ich mir einen kleinen Tisch mit mindestens zwei Stühlen gewünscht und auf der Terrasse einen größeren Tisch wo auch 6 Personen Platz finden. Teilweise haben die vorhandenen Ventilatoren nicht mehr funktioniert und mussten erstmal vom Dreck sauber gemacht werden.

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek.

Znakomita lokalizacja 5 min do plaży. Bardzo cicha okolica. Apartament duży i przestronny z bardzo dobrym wyposażeniem. Chętnie tu jeszcze wrócę.

Jedyna niedogodność to brak moskitier w oknach - ze względu na brak klimatyzacji konieczne jest otwieranie okien zwłaszcza podczas tak gorących dni. Niestety wtedy duża ilość much i komarów dostaje się do środka i przeszkadza w spaniu.
