Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with TV, deck access and sound views and a Bedroom with 2 Singles and TV that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with sound views, TV/DVD/VCR, wood fireplace, game table seating 4 and access to top level decks as well as the screened porch with picnic table. Well equipped kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining area seating 8 and a half bathroom.
Extras: Hot Tub, 4 TVs, DVD player, VCR, high speed wireless internet, Keurig, books, games, private soundfront dock, furnished decks, books/games, IPod docking station, video library, charcoal & gas grills, outside shower, picnic table, screened porch, stereo/CD, beach cart, kayak with life jackets and paddles, horseshoes, croquet set, crab pots, community pool, community tennis (fee to guest) and linens and towels available. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Note: This property does not have an iron or ironing board.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sound Mind! The views were beautiful and the location was magical. The ability to have our pets with us was much appreciated. We took advantage of local dining in Duck and found this to be a very convenient location for shopping. We owned a home in Ocean Sands for 20 years (sold in 2019) and decided to explore the sound front offerings for a change. We are hoping to stay again at this lovely property. It was perfect for us.

We go to the beach to spend time outside at the beach, pool, fishing, etc. this house is great for that. It’s a landing point in a quiet cul de sac with an amazing view of the sound. But don’t expect this house to be a 5* accommodations. Some of the sheets didn’t fit on the beds correctly, the screens on the doors were broken, and there were spiders galore that made sitting in the screened in porch impossible. Overall, I would rent it again because we primarily use the property to eat and sleep, but if you’re looking to spend a lot of time relaxing at the house and enjoying the outdoor spaces, I’d look elsewhere.
