Nice apartment in outskirts of a small town.
Good location, garden setting with bbq, all necessary amenities in the apartment. Out of town centre, yet within walking distance. Mountains and walking paths start just some kilometre away. Comfy beds and nice living room. Can park car just next to the entrance. Short drive to Pisa, Lucca, seaside resorts, and Apuan Alps just in the background.
Bathroom and bath little small for my liking. All equipment and apartment itself a little dated. Poorly isolated windows and whole stucture (its been years when I last saw a single glazed window glass). It was warm days (+20) and not too cold nights (down to +10), but we needed to ask for heating to be switched on, and that incurred extra cost.

Superb
Spotlessly clean , good sized accommodation with balcony and garden space . Well-equipped kitchen. Tastefully furnished with lovely art work on walls . Safe gated area with ample parking space . Private and residential feel , yet near town centre . Friendly welcoming owners .
A washing machine would have been welcome, but in all honesty , I’m not sure where that could be installed . Also two launderettes very near the property . Shower curtain would make it easier to avoid water spillage in the bathroom.
