Panama City offers plenty of amazing restaurants for you to check out under two miles away. Want to go on some beautiful hikes? Visit Camp Helen State Park, just three miles away, where you can find trails that take you through beach, dunes, salt marsh, and scrub forest. You can also hit up Lake Powell Park, two miles away, for fishing off the docks, crabbing, and plenty of calm water for swimming.

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo suited our needs for our trip down to meet family for a week away over the holidays. It was overall clean and spacious enough for 2 adults and a 7 year old. Updated kitchen and flooring were beautiful!

We USED to love pinnacle port! But with companies like VACASA taking over it is not as enjoyable. First issue we had was before check-in. The refridgerater went out and they gave us a temporary. Camper sized fridge/freezer. Also we were in a boil water notice (pcb issue not pinnacle port). But with that being said we had no storage for barely any ice period. One 7 lb bag of ice in the freezer and it was full.. one jug of milk and one jug of water and the fridge was full. So no room for storage of any other food/ drink what so ever. Conveniently the fridge wouldnt get replaced until we checked out. So very unacceptable. Zero compensation was offered either. Second issue is day of check in the elevator quit working. We were on the 5th floor with 2 young kids. "Repaired" the next day to only conveniently quit working again on the day of check-out.. 5th floor i may add again. 3rd issue was the ac does not work well. It works but if your used to a house that stays above 72 at night when you sleep then you will be fine. But if you like a cold unit this one is not it. I have been coming to pinnacle port since 2011 and this year will be my last. Thanks to companies like vacasa. We arent one of those families that expect everything to be perfect and we know things can happen. So if it was frustrating enough for me to take time and leave this long review take it too heart and look at all the other reviews about Vacasa online. Be weary when booking. Thanks
