Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 14.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice view. Enjoyed our stay. Weather was hot so you wanted to be in the water but the sea grass/moss was bad so it made the water not so enjoyable. Overall it was a good trip. Got held up by elevators half the time. But it’s vaca and just tried to plan around and/or not be in a hurry. New to PCB area to check it out. We enjoy our other spots better but had a pleasant time overall.

We stayed in this condo for 4 nights for a bachelorette trip. We had 7 girls in this condo and there was plenty of room for us and all of our stuff. It was so nice to have 3 bathrooms. Loved the beach front view, the cleanliness of the condo, and the cute decor! Would definitely stay here again.

I loved that it is very spacious and homie. I personally love being in the highest floors because I love the view so it was in a great location for me.

Great view and was big enough for us. There were not enough sheets for all of the beds on the house and there were not trash bags for the kitchen. Also no hand soap. The lights in the hallway flickered a lot. Other than these things it was a good stay.
