Perfect location!! This house is just a 10 minute walk onto main street Ketchum and a few minutes to Sun Valley lodge and the ski lifts. The house was perfect for my family of 4 and very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and spectacular views of Bald Mtn!

The place is nice. Great views, close to downtown. Not extremely clean. The floors were dirty,. Looks like the stairs haven’t been vacuumed in awhile. White dog hair on the furniture. My pillow smelled like men’s cologne. For a 200 dollar cleaning fee they should do a better job.

Great location, roomy, quiet and kids loved the hot tub!!
We were out biking, hiking and paragliding, so we were only here in the evenings.
Dogs are allowed, so if you're not used to seeing hair laying around here and there, this might not be the place for you.
It fit our needs perfectly!

Good: Roomy and bright, great location, nice backyard
Not so good: Downstairs sleeping area open to stairway, noisy and no privacy, downstairs bath tiny, no coffeemaker (mgr. provided a tiny 4c Mr. Coffee when we complained), no remote for DVD so not functional. Grill was dirty.
Terrible: The at least 30 year old refrigerator failed in the middle of our stay. We were provided a mini-fridge, like you get in a motel room, for the last 4 days of our stay - the promised repair man never appeared, and we never heard from management again about it. We had a lot of frozen food (including lobster) that was spoiled.
Bottom line, this could be great place for a family, not so much for two couples. And the owner needs to upgrade the appliances if he wants to justify the rental price. The attitude we got from mgt. was “oh, too bad, but refrigerators fail”- well, 30+ year old fridges fail a lot more often than newer ones. And watch the fees, they are very high for this unit.
