About this cottage rental
Charming & private lakefront cottage perfect for spring, summer, and fall getaways. Full kitchen, living room, huge screened-in porch. Lower level has full-bath, 2 private bedrooms, one with full-sized bed and one with a queen bed. Upstairs has large open space with 2 full-sized beds and 2 twin-sized beds and separate private bedroom with full-sized bed. Clean and cute outhouse as well. Sparkling, crystal clear water, new dock, easy-access stairs to beach. Kayaks, paddle boat, SUP, swim raft, sandy beach, fire pit. Well-maintained and rarely available for rent. Sleeps 12. (6 privately)

When we arrived everything was better than we thought it would be ! The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a Great Vacation. My grandchildren loved the kayaks . There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room from the porch to the sleeping arrangements. The pond was so clean to swim in and the fire pit area was an added bonus !! We loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a private, quiet, and fun getaway

This was such a wonderful, quiet retreat. The little cottage by a pond was down a rocky, dirt road, with twists and bends that led through the woods. Leigh, the owner, had told me it was rather remote, so I was prepared. The cottage was a bit rustic but comfortable and well stocked, as described. Cell phone and internet services were fine. The view of the pond from the porch is so lovely and peaceful. Two loons stayed busy calling each other and a pair of bald eagles were often seen. This property is close enough to easily get to local restaurants, grocery and drug stores. There are wonderful day trips to make to nearby towns, White Lake State Park, and the White Mountains. The coast of Maine was even a day trip for us. Leigh responded quickly to my questions and was eager to make me feel comfortable. This was a great get-away.

This is a quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. My husband and I only saw 2 other people (as they went by in their boat) the entire time we were there. House was under construction (I knew this when i booked) but remained usable in every aspect (just as the host said it would). Host is very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.
Can't wait to go back again.

Property location was great for our kids and dogs to swim, run around, and play. Cabin is in need of updates and a deep clean.
