Being just a short walk away from the beach and sporting tennis courts and a shared pool, each guest can choose their own type of vacation! The warm interior lets up to six guests feel right at home, while the full kitchen has ample counter space to make a delicious meal for the whole group. Take a glass of wine out to the balcony to watch the sunset and head into the master bathroom for a soak in the jetted tub for some solitary relaxation. Finish the night with a movie on the flatscreen TV and recharge for the next day's activities.
This location is hard to beat, as many things are just a short walk away. Make sure to stop by The Perfect Pig for the perfect happy hour and great food. Or walk across the street to Shunk Gulley for balcony views of the Gulf and the most amazing duck-fat-fries. Do some shopping at the 30A store or several of the other boutiques on the property. Take a short drive to Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club for an afternoon with friends or head 15-mile west to the well-known fishing village of Destin, FL. For a bit of trees and fresh air, head over to Longleaf Pine Trailhead and explore the diversity of the landscape here in Santa Rosa Beach.

It was a little difficult to find at night. Mentioning a landmark might be a good idea. The garbage truck runs a bit too early but other than that, it was close to perfect!It was extremely close to everything we planned on doing while we were there. Beautiful view!

This was our third or so time staying at this condo and we still enjoy it for our family of 3. Great location to walk to local restaurants, Pecan Jack's and Growler Garage. Short walk to the beach, with easy access. We will definitely stay here again in the future, thanks for sharing your condo with us.

The place was clean and had more space than we were expecting which was a pleasant surprise. One of the big reasons we booked this location was because it included beach equipment so we were disappointed when one of the two beach chairs were broken and the umbrella was too small to stay put in the sand. We ended up having to rent chairs and an umbrella at the beach for $50/day. The home didn't have anything in the kitchen like salt, pepper, sugar, etc. which we also expected to be there. The buildings dryer was also out of service at the time of our stay. The location couldn't be better. When we were there the complex was not busy but the front door does open directly to the elevator so during busy season it could be louder with more traffic. It was a good stay with a beautiful view of the ocean but if small things were improved it would have been an even better stay!
