Location centrale proche commerce et centre ville. Elle est bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont a l’écoute. En Février Royan est très très calme et reposant mais avec des commerces ouverts ce qui était notre objectif premier. Le Parking privatise du logement est un plus en centre ville. A recommander.

Appartement très bien situé , très fonctionnel pour un couple , propre, lumineux, une grande terrasse avec vue mer , chambre très agréable donnant également sur terrasse , avons passé un agréable séjour , une propriétaire très à l'écoute de son client

Bel appartement très bien équipé dans une résidence de standing. Le lit est confortable. On apprécie également la grande douche.
La résidence est au calme tout en étant très proche du centre ville.
