If you like houses with character, our 1905 Landes house will seduce you. We are happy to share with you the atmosphere of this renovation. Your holidays will take place in peace, not far from the forest, with your feet by the heated swimming pool or in a hammock for a well-deserved rest.
Located north of the city it is very easy to reach Biscarrosse beach and Biscarrosse lake and to go to the Bassin d'Arcachon since your vacation spot is only 30km from the Dune du Pyla.

We offer indoor activities in case of bad weather, manual work, board games, DVD, reading ....

The house is well equipped with a fantastic pool and very good location near shopping and beaches. Frederic was very nice and cooperative.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans la maison de Sandrine et Frederic. La maison est très belle (encore plus que sur les photos) et très bien équipée. La terrasse et le jardin vraiment agréables aussi bien sous le soleil que lorsque le temps est plus frais. La piscine chauffée permet de se baigner par tous les temps (la piscine est très grande aussi). Nous sommes venus avec notre chien qui a aussi bien profité du jardin. Notion particulière pour les hamacs qui ont accueilli nos heures de sieste. Enfin Sandrine et Frédéric ont été très prévenants et charmants ce qui complète parfaitement le tableau.

Très bel accueil et support de la part des propriétaires. La villa à l extérieur est Top, très agréable de passer des longs moments d après midi sous les arbres à l ombre. La piscine est grande, la table de ping pong au rendez-vous. On peut se garer facilement à 4 voitures. A l intérieur quelques travaux seraient encore nécessaire mais vu la saison ils ne sont pas "importants". La 2eme salle de bain+ wc quand on est 9 adultes sont quand même petits. Grande experience de dormir 3 semaines sur un matelas à eau dans la chambre parentale!

Das Haus erfüllt alle Wünsche, ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist riesig und hat 28 Grad. Auf der Terrasse gibt es 2 Wärmelampen, wodurch man auch bei kühlen Temperaturen im Freien sitzen kann. Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett, spielen im Notfall sogar Taxi und haben tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Man muss allerdings beachten, dass eine Kaution zu bezahlen ist. Das Haus würden wir sofort wieder buchen.
