Dear holiday guests,
I look forward to your visit to my house, which was built in 1965 in the north of Neustadt.
The property is a 3-minute drive from Norddeich and its beach and 5 minutes from downtown North. Both are also very easy to reach by bike.
Shops are within walking distance in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is located on the top floor of the house. You are also welcome to use the seat in the garden.
The apartment consists of a living room with a compact kitchen and dining area and a separate bedroom with a double bed.
A coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave are also available, as is a small mini oven, dishes, glasses, etc.
Bath and hand towels, bed linen and a hair dryer are provided.
The house is in a quiet location. Your vehicle can be parked on the street in front of the house.

Ruhige Lage in schöner Gegend. Ideal als Entspannungsort oder als Basis für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Übernahme und Übergabe der Wohnung hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und liebenswert.
