Nice apartment with free indoor pool use!
The approx. 52 sqm 2 room apartment with balcony, renovated and furnished in 2017, leaves nothing to be desired for 3-4 people. The absolute highlight is the indoor swimming pool (8m x 12m in size and free of charge).
The apartment is located on the golf residence and is located directly on the Grömitzer golf course in a quiet, idyllic location. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
The brightly furnished living room offers enough space for 3 to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults) and is furnished with a sofa, sofa bed, dining area for 4 people, sideboard and armchair. A 40 "flat screen, Internet, CD player and stereo are available for entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with all important kitchen appliances such as a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, etc. The shower room offers enough space for personal things. The apartment is designed in the bedroom and bathroom with a new high-quality vinyl laminate in wood look and in the living room with tiles.
