The property includes a veranda with table and chairs with a splendid sea view, a courtyard with trees and a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Present: TV and dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The second accommodation, partially basement, consists of spacious living area with equipped kitchenette, table with benches and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Present air conditioning in the living area. The property includes a veranda with table, chairs and barbecue, a shared outdoor shower, a laundry with access from the courtyard, a further bathroom and three parking spaces. The house is located in a quiet and sunny area with private access for residents only.
