TWO-ROOMED TWO-ROOMED VILLA FRONTE MARE, convenient to the Pelosa beach. Inserted in the quiet residential village of Cala Rosa, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom. The living room leads to a balcony furnished with table and chairs with a splendid view of the sea and the Asinara Island. The property includes a large private garden with outdoor shower and parking space; present: TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Given its location is the ideal holiday home for those who want a relaxing holiday without confusion, but still convenient to walk to the sea; in front of the villa, in fact, there is the sea with the first rocky coves, followed by the bathing establishment dell'Ancora at 500 meters, to follow the beach of Gabbiano at 500 meters, in front of the Hotel Roccaruja, and just beyond the paradise of the Pelosa beach and the Pelosetta beach. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is also the bus stop that accompanies the characteristic village of Stintino as well as the beaches, even the most distant, of the territory of Stintino. For larger groups, adjacent to the house, there are two other holiday homes that can accommodate 4 and 6 people respectively.
